Services Provided

PremierCrew Berwyn Roofing provides professional roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspection and maintenance, residential and commercial roofing services, emergency roofing services, and gutter installation and repair. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with industry-standard warranties. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be explained during the estimate process. Our workmanship warranty covers installation and repair work performed by our team.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew to complete the work. This includes clearing the work area of vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items that might interfere with the project. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work, but you should secure or remove any fragile or valuable items near the work area.

Limitation of Liability

PremierCrew Berwyn Roofing is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for property damage and worker injuries that may occur during our work.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
